Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. And your order will be delivered within 4-8 business days across India.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are on us. Its Free ;). Free Shipping India.
- But you may have to pay for shipping charges if you want to return the product. (In case of, manufacturing defects, return logistics charges will be paid by us).
- Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
- We offer only standard shipping option.
Shipping Locations:
- We ship to all locations within India.
- Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, which will be specified on the product page.
Shipment Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email & WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

Refund & Return Policy
Return Policy:
- We offer a 3-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted in the case of manufacturing defects, damaged, wrong item or in special cases, which will be evaluated by our support team.
- To initiate a return, you must provide an unboxing video of the product as proof that the item was in the same condition as received.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with the tags attached.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
How to Return:

- Our support team will evaluate the return request based on the video and the condition of the product.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Process:

- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the item and place a new order.

- After the 24-hour window, cancellations will not be accepted, and you will need to initiate a return if needed.
